We do not charge a file opening fee – the only up-front cost is the charge for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which will be about £45- £55 depending on the size of the property.
We will provide a free floor plan and special attention is given to providing the best photographs.
If your property is offered for sale and subsequently withdrawn there will be a charge of £100 (+vat).
